Refactor Phoenix

Founded in 2007 by James Britt, Refactor Phoenix aims to be somewhat similar to Refresh Phoenix, but focused on technical topics.

The general format: short (< 20 minutes) talks, demos, presentations, with an emphasis on sharing, open discussion, and lively interaction among peers.
